  • Getting started

    Installing, Windows versions, the admin prompt

    AI Laptop Solver installs from the Microsoft Store and works on Windows 10 (version 2004 or newer, 64-bit) and Windows 11.

    When Windows asks for admin permission, that is normal. The app needs it to clean system junk and change startup programs.

    If it will not install or will not open, tell us your Windows version and what you see on the screen. We will find the cause with you.

  • Scans and the Speed Score

    A result you do not understand, or a scan that stops

    Every finding comes with the reason in plain words, and nothing changes until you choose.

    If a result worries you, please do not act on it yet. Send it to us (a screenshot is perfect) and we will explain it. If a scan stops partway, tell us roughly where.

  • AI review and startup programs

    Not sure what to turn off, or turned off the wrong one

    Programs Windows needs are never offered for turning off, and you can still switch any program on or off yourself.

    Turned off the wrong one? Settings and startup programs can be undone, even after a restart. If you cannot find how, tell us which program and we will walk you through it.

  • 1-click fix

    Something changed that you did not expect

    You see each of the 7 steps and can stop at any time. Your old settings are saved first, so changes can be undone.

    Your own files are never touched. Only temp and cache files are cleaned. If a fix did not help, or something looks different, write to us with what you noticed.

  • Backup and restore

    Before or after a Windows reset

    Back up to your own drive, reset Windows, then get your files and programs back in 1 click. Every file is checked after copying, and you can pause and continue later. No files go to our server.

    Stuck halfway? Please do not reset Windows yet. Write to us first, and we will make sure your data is safe.

  • Account, Pro and payments

    Signing in, 3 PCs, billing, refunds

    One account works on up to 3 PCs. If your sign-in code does not arrive, check your spam folder, then write to us with the email you signed in with.

    Payments are made inside the app through PayPal. We never see your card or your PayPal login.

    If Pro is not right for you, you can ask for your money back within 30 days of your first payment. See our Refund Policy.

Your situation is not on the list? That is fine. Write to us anyway.

When you write, tell us a little

It helps us solve things faster. Not sure about any of it? Just write what you can, and we will ask for the rest.

  1. What happened. What you were doing, and what you expected to see.
  2. What you saw. The message on screen, or a screenshot. Please hide anything private first.
  3. About your PC. Your Windows version, and the email you signed in with if it is about your account or a payment.

How we look after you

  • A real person answers.

    Your message comes to me, Partho, not to a bot or a ticket queue.

  • We never ask for secrets.

    We will never ask for your password, your card number or your PayPal login. A message that asks for them is not from us.

  • Your files stay yours.

    The app does not send your files to our server, and the AI sees only program names and makers.

I built AI Laptop Solver because a slow, confusing PC can make anyone feel helpless, and it should not. I take responsibility for everyone who uses it. If something goes wrong, it matters to me, and I want to put it right.
