Refund Policy

AI Laptop Solver is made by Protim Soft. This page explains when you can get your money back.

30-day refund

If you are not happy with Pro, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your first payment.

This applies to Pro Annual and Pro Lifetime.

AI credits

AI credits that you have already used are not refunded.

If you bought a credit pack in the last 30 days and did not use all of it, you can ask for a refund of the credits you did not use.

If we refund a Pro plan, we take off the value of any AI credits used from that payment.

The free trial

The Pro free trial costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You do not need a card for the trial.

How to ask for a refund

Email us at partho8181bd@gmail.com. Please include:

  • the email you signed in with in the app
  • the PayPal transaction ID (it is in your PayPal receipt)
  • a short reason (this helps us make the app better, but it does not change your refund)

We reply within 2 working days.

How you get the money

We send the refund to the same PayPal account you paid with. PayPal usually shows it within 5 to 10 working days.

After a refund

Pro ends on your account, and Pro features lock on all your PCs. The free features keep working. Your files, backups and settings on your PC are not touched.
